Wake up Mommy!!

Mommy must have been tired this morning, especially after taking Duke and me out at 3:30 this morning.

We headed out to Grandma and Grandpa’s (Duke stays home with Daddy). Mommy had her bag, umbrella and Murphy’s leash in hand as we walked out the door. Mommy and I walked to the car when we both noticed a problem - my leash was still in her hand! 

So she realizes I’m off leash and we both. I wanted to say, “Oh mother, you’re really losing it.” She says “Murphy, Mommy’s an airhead, come here so I can put your leash on.” So like a good boy, I trotted over, sat and let her put my leash on.

It’s a good thing I was tired, too, or we could have had a great game of keep away. Poor Mommy, she needs to go to bed early tonight.

3. You are very good to your momma, Murph.  I can tell when my momma is tired, and I’m very good to her then, too.  But keep away is fun (tee hee).  I am, after all, the Perfect Diva.
