Mother’s Day

Yesterday was Mother’s Day. Mommy got up early to help get two puggies to a new foster home and then she had breakfast with grandma. She came home, took me on a walk and then we took a pug nap. I settled into her arms and sighed in her ear and soon we were both in dreamland. My mommy was so tired! Then we got up and did some cleaning. I helped her with sorting the laundry. She said that sorting the laundry didn’t mean spreading it all over the house. Well why not? You can’t blame a pug for trying to help. I have to earn my allowance somehow!

Then Grandma came and got me so Mommy could have peace while she vacuumed. I have to protect her and the kitties from the vacuum by attacking it. I guess she didn’t think she needed protection. I hung out at Grandma and Grandpa’s and then Mommy came over. I gave her a frame with my picture in it for Mother’s Day. She said she loved it. Then Auntie came home and I gave her lots of kisses.

Last night Mommy and I fell asleep while watching Survivor. We had a full day. I hope all the other pug mommies had a great Mother’s Day!
