Murphy the pug

I’m helping Mommy around the house.

Mommy was away all weekend so tonight she was running around the house, cleaning. I helped her out.

First I saved the kitties from the evil vacuum. I barked like a German Shephard pursuing a drug smuggler. Then I helped Mommy fold up the extra comforter. Mommy would fold it and then I’d unfold it. She just wasn’t doing it right. While she stacked the dishwasher, I sat by her foot and supervised. She did a great job. She took a hot shower and while she was in there, I took inventory of her shoes. I made she sure there were all acounted for, dragged into the living room and displayed accordingly.

Finally, there was an old shopping bag stuck behind the futon. It just doesn’t belong there. So I pulled it out, piece by piece. Mommy caught me in the act. And she didn’t yell. She just shook her head and got the bed ready for the night.
