Murphy the pug

I’m counting my blessings….

Mommy and I went on a road trip yesterday so that her friend could look at a new puppy. It wasn’t a pug puppy but there were some pugs at this place. They were outside and it was pretty cold. Mommy said she felt bad for them. One of them, a black one, didn’t even have a name. I feel bad for them too. Mommy said I came from a “less than desirable breeder” too and my pug parents were probably living like these pugs. Mommy gave me a bath and extra kisses last night and said even though my background is kind of shadey, she never regrets getting me.

Here are the pugs we saw. . .
I was wondering why they didn’t have a nice harness on like me. Mommy said they probably never get nice long walks.

This poor pug didn’t even have a name. Mommy said she could have the name “Porter.”

  2. My husband and I are interested in rescuing a pug.  We’d like to find a female, black or fawn, doesn’t matter.  We have a male fawn pug (2.5 yrs old) and a male yellow lab (3.5 yrs old).  We’ve been approved by Guardian Angels Pug rescue.  Any help or advice you can give is appreciated.
